We had a lovely stay here. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have breakfast served in our room. The location is great---you are close to the metro and walking distance to Vatican City. Free wireless in the room is great to have, not very common in Italy.

Staff was polite, professional and very helpful.
The shower stall was too small and very slippery. The shower head kept bending over and had to be continually re-adjusted. Better directions on how to use TV/satellite would have been nice. Also a better selection of channels would also have been nice. Of the hundreds of channels available, there was only one English channel. From what I could tell, the majority of the others were Italian. I would think they'd have more of an International offering. A bit pricey for what we got.

Location was really good..right opposite vatican! Surrounded by all kinds of shops... very easy access to everything as the train station is just down the road aswell.
Slightly dated!! Didnt actually get the room we were told we were getting..which was suppose to be a superior suite...there wasnt anything superior about it..so that was very misleading..just a very basic bed and breakfast.

Good value and very close to Vatican, restaurants and shops. We had a window overlooking street with shops and restaurants. Building was lovely old typical Rome type, great cultural experience.
Breakfast was boring, sugary cordial and one croissant each. Tea and coffee were cold. That's about the only negative thing.

Good location, polite staff.
Poor furniture, poor maintenance (bath and one of beds were broken during the whole stay).

The rooms were very cute and cozy. Everything was very clean. Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. When we arrived we were helped with our bags and a welcome tray with champagne was brought in our room. We were served breakfast to our room every morning. The second night, another bottle of champagne, free of charge, was brought to our room. The only thing that seemed odd was we booked a three person room and our room only had one queen size bed. Overall a very good b&b to stay at.
I didn't like the fact that I booked a three person room, and paid for a three person room, but our room consisted only of one queen size bed.

The location is perfect for touring Rome. Close to the Metro, Vatican, and many other tourist spots. The hotel is very clean and staff is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
Wish there were kleenex in the bathroom.

They were very accomodating and helpful to keep our luggage until we were picked up by our tour company. Very polite and pleasant.
The beds were very comfortable and this location is very handy to the Vatican anyone wanting to walk-this is ideal location.

was next to Vatican
It was not 4 star hotel as we reserved through Booked.net and was waste of our money for that kind of hotel. he had so high expectation for the hotle and rooms as it said 4 star hotel. Booked.net should check first good (such as star, room size etc).
